Saproksilo plēvspārņu daudzveidību ietekmējošie faktori mežu degumos Latvijā

Šajā darbā, “Īpaši aizsargājamo kukaiņu sugu un to dzīvotņu inventarizācija biotopu direktīvā iekļauto sugu un Biotopu aizsardzības stāvokļa izvērtējuma kontekstā” projekta ietvaros, atsevišķi tuvāk tika pētīti vecos un dabiskos boreālos mežos mītoši saproksilie plēvspārņi un to daudzveidību ietekmējošie faktori. Plēvspārņi ar logu lamatu metodi tika ievākti 5 Latvijas ainavzemēs. Kopumā ievākti 1391 kukaiņi no 14 plēvspārņu kārtas dzimtām un izvērtējot morfoloģiskās atšķirības (izņemot jātnieciņu dzimtas kukaiņus), atšķirtas 88 morfosugas. Phylogenomic studies have improved understanding of deep metazoan phylogeny and show promise for resolving incongruences among analyses based on limited numbers of loci. One region of the animal tree that has been especially difficult to resolve, even with phylogenomic approaches, is relationships within Lophotrochozoa (the animal clade that includes molluscs, annelids, and flatworms among others). Lack of resolution in phylogenomic analyses could be due to insufficient phylogenetic signal, limitations in taxon and/or gene sampling, or systematic error. Kopš 1999. gadā Portugālē ieviesās priežu koksnes nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, Eiropā Monochamus ģints koskngraužu nozīmība kā meža kaitēkļiem ievērojami pieauga, jo tie ir šīs nematodes galvenie vektori. B. xylophilus izraisa priežu vīti, kuras dēļ iet bojā liels koku daudzums. Latvijā nav pētīta Monochamus ģints sastopamība un feromonu lamatu efektivitāte, kas ir svarīga informācija, ja nākotnē būs vajadzība kontrolēt B. xylophilus riska zonās – teritorijās, kurās ir augstāka varbūtība kaitīgā organisma ieviešanās riskam. INTRODUCTION Asthma symptoms can be relieved through a maintenance treatment combining long-acting β2-agonist and inhaled corticosteroids (LABA/ICS). However, for patients with inadequately controlled asthma, the LABA/ICS combination might not be sufficient. Under these conditions, clinical guidelines recommend the administration of inhaled long-acting muscarinic antagonists (LAMA) as an add-on therapy to LABA/ICS to better control asthma and improve lung function.
